Green Roof Design and Coordination including roof design, specification, coordination, integration and construction and assisting the client in designing and managing the entire green roof process from a design or construction turn-key approach and completing the various review processes necessary to maximize savings from installations of various green roof and associated strategies.
Custom Design Architectural Fabrications, whether in-house or managed through our team of outside fabricators and cabinet makers.
Drawings and Specifications Constructability Review; Acting as a third party reviewer, reviewing drawings and specifications for construction consistency, appropriate construction detailing, general constructability and of construction as well as sequencing and adherence to applicable programmatic requirements.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control Review: Acting as an independent, third party entity, reviewing overall comprehensiveness and internal consistency of drawings and Specifications, focusing specifically on consistency across multiple disciplines and consistency of large and small scale drawings and detailing within the architectural and structural disciplines
Scheduling and Scheduling Review: Analyzing Critical Path Method (CPM) and other scheduling formats and protocols for consistency, reasonableness, consistency with the applicable construction Documents and for overall soundness of construction sequence and timing.
